To start – Go to your local butcher and tell them you want a “two finder” thick Porterhouse / T-Bone steak – If you don’t know what this is - put two fingers together and that’s how thick your steak should be – Yes this will be a HUGE piece of meat – Get ready to share!
Bring you steak to room temperature by letting it sit for a few hours before cooking. 15 Min before cooking – Rub your steak with high quality olive oil - then cover the steak with a layer of Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Black pepper – You want to cook your steak over blazing red coals – Cook for 3-5 min each side then 2 min standing on its bone
Let sit for 7-10 min then let the games begin
What you will need – (keep it simple) “two finger” bone in porterhouse steak or T-Bone
¼ cup olive oil
Kosher salt – Enough to cover steak with a thin layer
